Girlssss! Our day parties are getting better and better…if I do say so myself (eh-hem)! Hannah’s teen yoga tips were mind-blowing. I’ve never stretched my eye muscles or jaw like that before and it feel SOO good after being at my desk for hours! Check out her IG videos for these moves @hannahbrownyoga.

Wave Wyld, our featured guest, REALLY blew me away at Saturday’s Day Party. She grew up with low self esteem and was struggling to fit into high school…she even had to wear a neck brace for a year. She shared those vulnerable moments with us and then BAM…she stepped out into the world and gained the most unbelievable experiences that’s molded her into a social media star and strong force that now coaches women entrepreneurs to be their achieve their dreams. I’m not going to give any more of the story away…you’ll just have to watch the whole thing for yourselves.
