Glow Up Tech inspires and equips young women, from high school freshmen through college sophomores, to become the next generation of tech leaders and innovators. We believe every young woman carries a glow that reflects her creativity, confidence, and individuality, and that glow belongs in the technology arena shaping our world.

What makes Glow Up Tech special is that we meet girls where they are. We find what makes each girl glow—her passions, hobbies, and self-expression—and bring the tech story to her through those interests. Whether it’s sports, music, skincare, design, writing, or art, we show how technology powers what she already loves.

We partner with brands she knows and trusts, from Google to Glossier and Zoom to Sephora, creating authentic bridges between culture and innovation. Through immersive programs and virtual events, students connect directly with female tech leaders across marketing, product design, partnerships, venture capital, and engineering. These honest conversations offer rare access to women who have been where our members are and want to empower their next steps.

At Glow Up Tech, we are redefining what a career in technology looks like. Tech is creative, collaborative, purpose-driven, and full of possibility. By combining community, connection, and cultural relevance, we help young women see themselves as innovators and leaders in an industry that needs their voice and vision.

We are also expanding globally to partner with countries and initiatives that want to help young girls lead the way toward equality and independence through innovation, technology, and sustainable growth models. Glow Up Tech can glow in different ways depending on each community’s goals.
